My car broke down right next to Greg’s, so I went in and asked if he could possibly tell me what the issue was. He diagnosed it in just a few minutes, told me what I needed, and didn’t even charge me for looking at it. I went and got the parts and brought them to them a few days later (there was a holiday right after it broke down) and they got it fixed super quickly! They communicated through the process, the pricing was more than fair, and they were so nice about everything!! Would definitely recommend this shop for your car repairs.

My check engine light came on so I made an appointment with Ginger. She is super knowledgeable and explained what was needed. Mechanic was super fast with the diagnosis and even came in the lobby and explained what the issue was. He got right on it and I was fixed up and ready to go within an hour and the price was way better than I expected! I highly recommend Greg's Auto Service and Repair.

Needed my cvt fluid changed and a few other things done to my 2013 subaru outback. Right from the first call to the shop I spoke with Greg the owner. He was very familiar with subarus which isn't always the fact. Made an appointment and brought my car to the shop. The shop did the original work done and they checked my tires because the tire sensor was on. Good thing that they checked it as I had a leaky valve which they will repairing tomorrow. Ginger,the shop leader, lol was wonderful and made me feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend gregs shop to all who need an honest mechanic/shop owner to take care of their car.

Car broke down, Firestone wanted 4 thousand to fix it whilst Greg's had taken a look at it immediately recognized the issue (which Firestone misdiagnosed) and fixed it the same day, also saving me over 3 thousand dollars. Staff were very friendly and helpful, couldn't be happier with the service overall.

My daughter recommended Greg's Auto Service and Repair to me and I'm so glad that I went. Let me just start by saying Greg and Ginger were absolutely amazing. Brought in my 2018 Cadillac XTS after calling around and being jerked around with a higher ridiculous prices Mr. Grey is very honest and informative with me. I brought it in for one issue and when he did his research, he found out what I brought it in for wasn't what was needed Now he could've taken this opportunity and took an advantage of me as a single mom But this man was nothing but helpful and amazing. I can't say enough good things about this man. We need more car shops being run by people like him. Thank you, Mr. Greg as long as I live in Fayetteville, you will always have my business.

I've yet to have a vehicle repaired here BUT it's because Greg and his crew know their trade well. Other auto "mechanics" and even one dealer on Skibo Road won't hesitate to tell a customer, "yep, it needs to be replaced." Greg will have a good look and tell you that if it ain't broke and is nowhere being so, it doesn't need fixin.' That's why when something does need fixin,' this is the ONLY place I'll take my vehicles.

Honest shop, friendly, can view mechanics working, Shop Cat is friendly. Several times a squeaky brake caliper could've become a faked brake job instead of Greg's advice to power wash them off!

Greg saved our skins in an Advance Autoparts parking lot. My friend and I had been traveling from Florida to Virginia when we lost our Alternator and both Batteries in our diesel truck and Greg just happened to overhear our predicament and volunteered, on his day off, to help us pick up the new alternator from the Hub and install it in the parking lot. Absolute professional with the work he did and an absolute godsend to us because we were able to get back on the road and finish the last four hours of our drive. Long story short, the dealer gave me the run around, couldn't find the issue and then wanted around $4,000 to replace the gas tank for what is normally an easy fix. Greg's Shop was able to diagnose and fix the problem within 2 hours of me dropping the truck off. The dealer had my truck for 5 days with 0 results other than an overblown estimate. Needless to say I will only be using Greg's Auto Service and Repair going forward and I suggest you do the same.
